I bought mine this weekend on sale for $49 and am very happy to date. It is lightweight, great suction and was easy to put together. Great deal for $50 !!!

The suction on this is good. And I like that you can adjust the brush height for bare floors or carpets, what I don't like is that it blows a lot of air out as it is sucking in and it also doesn't come with any attachments.

I have 2 indoor collies and this vacuum was great. I have two $200 Dead Eurekas in 2 years... or can i say i had... i brought one of these in the store for $49... all the extra stuff that came with those other 2 Eurekas I never used... but this little lite simple vac wins... I'm going to go and buy another tomorrow...

I have this machine and a Dyson! I LOVE them both! I have had this machine for about 2 years and have NEVER had a problem with it!! If you're looking to buy a machine, buy this or a Dyson! With this machine there ARE ways to adjust the height for the carpeting. It picks up almost everything in it's path. It's lightweight (great for the not-so-strong girls) and has a long cord, which is great. There's also a light, but who really vacuums in the dark?! A few great extensions, one to get the crud out of corners, one for furniture, as well as an extension to make the hose longer, a plus if you plan on using this to clean fan blades, blinds, etc. Great buy at a great price! :)

This is the worst vacuum I have ever used. It takes two people to push it on carpet. It has no way to adjust it either. And for all that pushing, you would think it had great suction. Wrong! I have only had it for a year and it has been this way since day one. No less than 8 people have tried to use it and all ask me if it is always that difficult to push and pull. It also over-heats and the belt constantly breaks. If you do not have the strength of 3 men, do not buy it!

I have the "Dynamite Plus" model. Some "genius" in engineering, or, more likely, a "pointed-haired boss" in marketing decided that routing the trash through a corrugated tube was a "benefit." Well, it is, if you want to keep your canister clean. Just run this machine for a while, pull the trash out of the hose, run it for another few minutes, pull the trash out of the hose ....

Great idea with one bottleneck in execution. A fatal flaw. I'm thinking about taking mine back to Sam's.

Being a poor college student, i was quite limited on what I could buy for my apartment. I bought this expecting mediocre results, and boy was i amazed at the power of this thing. I had to dump it 3 times because it picked up so much from my floor. The negative reviews are so wrong! This is definitely worth the money. Go out and get one!

I bought this vacuum two years ago when my $400 Hoover died after only three years. Having two cats (one who has long hair) I was skeptical at first, but now would not trade it for the world. I live in a small two bedroom apartment and am somewhat of a neat freak. I cannot stand pet hair all over the place. Even using this thing every other day for two years, it is still going strong. It is easy to push, easy to store, and easy to use. I only replace the filter once a year and clean out the collection tank (filter included) once a week. Even though I have long hair and shed as much as my cats, it has never even threatened to stop sucking up all of the dust from the freeway that we live next to off of our carpets. This is one of the best vacuums that I have ever had and I just got one for my brother that moved into his own apartment for the cats that he has.

After a few months of use, I am disappointed. It does not meet my needs. While the suction is great, there is no height adjustment for plusher carpets and it is very difficult to push. If you are vacuuming bare floors it "blows" the dirt away and you can't pick it up unless you use the attachments (which is a pain for large areas). I have also discovered that the hose attachment pulls out if you stretch it the slighest bit, even if you "lock" it into place. The bagless chamber can become separated too easily from the unit if you knock into it when not in use. attachments are adequate and the length of the electric cord is acceptable. I have also purchase generic HEPA replacement filters which work perfectly well.
